Holy Cross Health Receives National Recognition for Stroke and Diabetes Programs

June 27, 2022 – Holy Cross Health Stroke and Diabetes Programs in Fort Lauderdale Received Gold Plus Get With the Guidelines® from the American Heart Association – Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Awards, Target: StrokeSM Honor Roll Elite Plus Gold, Advanced Therapy and Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award.
